Order processing times

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be entrusted to the courier on the following Monday. Orders placed during public holidays will be entrusted to the courier on the first working day.

Orders paid by credit card or PayPal: The package will be given to the courier within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order.

Orders with cash on delivery (COD): The package will be given to the courier within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order.

We apologize! We will refund the cost of the product.

If it was your decision we are sorry that something was not to your liking!
We will refund the cost of the product but the shipping costs to send the package to us are at your expense.

How can I make a return?

Prepare the package

1. Use the shipping bag or the cardboard with which we sent you the product.
2. Store the product carefully the same way you found it.
3. DO NOT stick labels or anything else on the product boxes.
4. Close the envelope or carton.

2. Fill in by entering Name / Surname - Order number - Mail - What do you want to return - why do you return it - in the case of a cash on delivery order, provide an IBAN and account holder.
3. Enter the completed form in the return box.
4. You will arrange for the shipment by going to the post office or shipping companies, the important thing is to have a traceable shipment.
