The product is not as expected, I don't want it anymore!

If we were wrong
We apologize! We will refund the cost of the product.

If it was your decision we are sorry that something was not to your liking!
We will refund the cost of the product but the shipping costs to send the package to us are at your expense.

Check if you are eligible for a return!

This step is critical to make sure you have all the features you need for be able to make a return.

  1. You have 14 days to return your package. The time is calculated from the date of receipt to that of shipping. You still have time?
  2. Are the product, its packaging and original packaging (in the case of bags, shoes and accessories) still in the same state with which we delivered it to you !?
  3. Is the original tag still attached to the product?
  4. Are you aware that the shipping costs for returning the package (if it were your choice) are at your expense?


If you answered ALL YES, you are eligible!
You can proceed with the return without any problem.

How can I make a return?

Prepare the package

  1. Use the shipping bag or the cardboard with which we sent you the product.
  2. Store the product carefully the same way you found it.
  3. DO NOT stick labels or anything else on the product boxes.
  4. Close the envelope or carton.

Prepare the shipment

  2. Fill in by entering Name / Surname - Order number - Mail - What do you want to return - why do you return it - in the case of a cash on delivery order, provide an IBAN and account holder.
  3. Enter the completed form in the return box.
  4. You will arrange for the shipment by going to the post office or shipping companies, the important thing is to have a traceable shipment.

How we make a refund

First we check that everything is in order

If everything is in order, we will automatically proceed with the refund within 14 days from the date receipt of the return. In case of anomalies, we will contact you to find a solution. If you have any questions or problems write to info@thesupernuts.com or through our support chat.

N.B. It is NOT possible to exchange goods! If you want to change size or product, you will have to proceed with a new order.

For orders paid by credit card or paypal
the refund will be made to the same account from which it is after payment, minus the shipping costs.

For orders with payment on delivery
the refund will be made by bank transfer, minus the Shipping fees. You will be contacted privately to provide your account number to make the refund. The reimbursement will take place only after verification of the payment to the courier. The reimbursement for di Orders with payment on delivery are generally processed within 20/30 days. In compliance with the right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and in accordance with the provisions by the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions).
